SUCH LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY WHETHER THE DAMAGES ARISE FROM USE OR MISUSE OF AND RELIANCE ON THE WH BUSINESS RESOURCES SERVICES, FROM INABILITY TO USE THE WH BUSINESS RESOURCES SERVICES, OR FROM THE INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION, OR TERMINATION OF THE WH BUSINESS RESOURCES SERVICES (INCLUDING SUCH DAMAGES INCURRED BY THIRD PARTIES). THIS LIMITATION SHALL ALSO APPLY WITH RESPECT TO DAMAGES INCURRED BY REASON OF OTHER SERVICES OR GOODS RECEIVED THROUGH OR ADVERTISED ON THE WH BUSINESS RESOURCES SERVICES OR RECEIVED THROUGH ANY LINKS PROVIDED IN THE WH BUSINESS RESOURCES SERVICES, AS WELL AS BY REASON OF ANY INFORMATION OR ADVICE RECEIVED THROUGH OR ADVERTISED ON THE WH BUSINESS RESOURCES SERVICES OR RECEIVED THROUGH ANY LINKS PROVIDED IN THE WH BUSINESS RESOURCES SERVICES. THIS LIMITATION SHALL ALSO APPLY, WITHOUT LIMITATION, TO THE COSTS OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES, LOST PROFITS, OR LOST DATA.

WH Business Resources does not warrant that the functions contained in the materials will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that our web site or the server that makes it available is free of viruses or other harmful components. WH Business Resources does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the materials in our web site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. You (and not WH Business Resources) assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing repair or correction.

License Rights:

You must abide by the licenses provided with each product download where applicable from inside the WH Business Resources member or subscriber area. To clarify the resell and master resell rights terms and conditions each file includes a separate licence file that explains what can and can't be done with each product. These terms are in place to protect the value of your investment and we would ask you to respect them and the rights of your fellow members.  While it is not our intention to dictate how you should run your business we shall seek to maintain the long term profitability for everyone selling these products by enforcing these terms. If you're unsure or need further clarification on any product or condition please contact us. Failure to comply with these licenses by WH Business Resources, its owner or partners could result in your WH Business Resources membership being terminated.

Security:

You agree that when you are issued a Username and Password by WH Business Resources, you shall use your best efforts to prevent access to this site through your Username and Password by anyone other than yourself, including but not limited to, keeping such information strictly confidential, notifying the Company immediately if you discover loss or access to such information by another party not under your control and supervision, and by using a Username and Password not easily guessed by a third party.

You agree that you shall not try to reverse engineer, reverse assemble, reverse compile, decompile, disassemble, translate or otherwise alter any executable code, contents or materials on or received via this site. You understand that such actions are likely to subject you to serious civil and criminal legal penalties and that the Company shall pursue such penalties to the full extent of the law to protect its rights and the rights of its other licensors.

No Income Guarantee:

WH Business Resources makes no claim regarding income guarantees or results from using its services or any partner services.

Privacy Policy:

All provided registered information is strictly for in house purposes at WH Business Resources. No private information such as name, email address, IP address, phone number will ever be shared, given to, bought or sold to a third party. You agree to receive email from WH Business Resources at the sole discretion or its owner(s) and administration. You agree to never hold WH Business Resources accountable to spam or UAE complaints from you as long as you were a member of WH Business Resources at the time of mailing. You are free to cancel your WH Business Resources membership at your discretion anytime.

Third Party Sites:

You may be transferred to online merchants or other third party sites through links, products or frames from this site. You are cautioned to read such sites' Terms and Conditions and/or Privacy Policies before using such sites in order to be aware of the terms and conditions of your use of such sites. These other sites are not under the control of WH Business Resources, are not monitored or reviewed by WH Business Resources, and WH Business Resources is not aware of the contents of such sites. You acknowledge that WH Business Resources is not responsible for the accuracy, copyright compliance, legality, decency, or any other aspect of the contents or any transmissions received through such sites. You agree that WH Business Resources and its owner(s) have no liability whatsoever from such third party sites and your usage of them.

Cancellations:

You may cancel your WH Business Resources membership at anytime you desire, however the act of canceling does not constitute an automatic cancellation of your billing. If you cancel after a payment has been processed, there will be a time delay in refund for that payment. Cancellation requests must contain your name, username and date joined from the form inside your member area. If any of this information is missing, the cancellation request may not be able to accurately process your refund and you are liable for your membership fees until WH Business Resources receives required information.

Refunds:

You have a 60 day money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with your membership. However you will lose all access to WH Business Resources, it's software and services and you will no longer be able to use WH Business Resources software on any of your domains. You also agree to forfeit resell rights to all products you had rights to and you will be removed from all contributed membership sites and reseller membership sites. You are agreeing that you are purchasing a membership to WH Business Resources by your own accord without any coercion or intimidation by anyone associated with or not with WH Business ResourcesIn addition, you agree not to attempt to charge back or dispute any charges made by WH Business Resources to your  PayPal account listed at WH Business Resources today or in the future and should contact us first if you are cancelling your membership. In the event of a billing error or duplicate billing WH Business Resources will investigate the matter and issue a full refund if deemed necessary.

Author Terms of Service

1. You agree that you are the original author of each article you submit. If you have hired a ghost writer, you agree that you have exclusive rights to each article you submit.


2. There are no guarantees that your articles will be accepted for publication in our directory. It is at our sole discretion whether or not to include your articles. If published, we reserve the right to remove any articles at any time.


3. We reserve the right to choose a more suitable category for your articles if we find them to be classified wrong. NOTE: Instructions for recommending a new category name are at the top of the Article Submission page.


4. By submitting your articles to WH Business Resources, you agree to allow us to: Publish your article on WH Business Resources and any of its article directory partners. Publish your article in RSS format for other web sites to syndicate. Publish your article in our real time, daily, or weekly newsletters.


5. You agree that WH Business Resources is a free service for authors and publishers. You will not be paid for submitting your articles to our sites.



6. You agree to not include any affiliate links in the body of your article. If you are trying to promote an affiliate program, please set up your own domain and link to it in your resource box.


7. WH Business Resources may at any time translate your article into various languages for our sister sites. Your article will remain complete with your resource box.



8. We reserve the right to change these terms of service at any time. We will generally notify the community of changes via our site blog.


9. We reserve the right to include advertising on any pages on this site including pages that display your articles.

2. You must respect the copyright of each author whose articles you wish to publish. This includes but is not limited to 1. Resource box, 2. Any links provided by the author.

3. You must not change, edit, or reword any part of any article not written by you.

4. You must agree to keep hype- links "live" so that users can click on said link and be taken to it's destination.

5. You agree to never use any articles obtained from WH Business Resources in any form of Spam or unsolicited mail or email.
6. You agree to not publish any articles on sites that contain hate, racist, warez, porn, or any other illegal material.

7. You agree to never sell any article obtained from our directory without written consent from the author. This includes selling articles individually or in a compilation.

   Disclaimer You agree to not hold WH Business Resources  liable in any form or matter. WH Business Resources is simply a repository for authors and publishers. If you have an issue with someone plagiarizing/stealing your original work, however, please contact us and we will remove the article in question immediately upon proof of copyright. Note: WH Business Resources will require proof of copyright based on previous dates and URL's where the article in question was previously published by you.
